The privacy of individuals using project Smarter Philippines through Data Analytics, R&D, Training, and Adoption (SPARTA)’s Smart Governance Portal (SGP) or website is important to us and we respect any information that you provide in using our platform.

All data and information collected will be treated in accordance with the law, specifically under the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Data Privacy Act, its amendments or equivalent succeeding laws, rules, and regulations.
