Project Smarter Philippines through Data Analytics, Research and Development, Training, and Adoption (SPARTA) is set to launch new pathways for scholars called ‘Microspecializations’ this Friday, June 10th, 1:30-4:30PM via Zoom, Facebook, and Youtube.

Microspecialization pathways are composed of 11 shorter tracks focused on equipping scholars with the right knowledge and skill sets for a specific Data Science and Analytics (DSA) discipline. Each pathway will be discussed in detail along with their rationale, timeline, and potential career opportunities by one of SPARTA’s cooperating agencies, the Analytics Association of the Philippines.

Coursebank, also a SPARTA cooperating agency, will explain the pathways’ enrollment process. Development Academy of the Philippines Vice President and SPARTA Project Lead Dr. Alan S. Cajes will also deliver a speech during the event.

The rollout of the new program will allow scholars to boost their credentials by mastering a DSA discipline and earning a certificate through a shorter learning period with lesser courses. These will also help SPARTA inch closer to its goal of producing 30,000 graduates and fostering a community of DSA practitioners.

Everyone is welcome to attend the launch. Registration is open through this link: https://bit.ly/sparta-microspecialization-launch. More details about the event will be available through SPARTA’s Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages.
