As an emerging Smart City, Cauayan seeks to explore the reach of agricultural development by advancing Data Analytics to its communities. Digital Infrastructure and another innovative mechanism may employ best practices to address literacy gaps among farmers and achieve agricultural productivity that will help meet the demands of the consuming communities. The LGU views this Open Data Challenge as collaborative activities to source clean and reliable data sets that would help them achieve this goal. Data Sets gathered will be housed in the SPARTA Smart Governance Portal.
