In this regard, the City of Butuan plans to cascade opportunities that will boost business potentials within the public lands and encourage informal settlers and private dwellers to take part in business reforms. This mission will be turned into reality through the city’s datasets that will be utilized in its local hackathons, where possible entries can be gleaned to craft economic reforms in the Housing and Human Settlements sector.
